2 evőkanál olajon pirítson meg 10 dkg gombát és 10 dkg sonkát. Öntsön hozzá 3 dl hideg vizet, a tasak tartalmát és 1-2 csapott mokkáskanál (kb. 4 g) konyhasót, majd jól keverje össze.
Közepes lángon, gyakori keverés mellett forrástól számított 5 percig főzze.
Tésztával és reszelt sajttal tálalja.
